The three-day event will feature Western and Chinese cultural performances. This midharvest festival features music, performances, a mobile drawing unit, martial art demonstrations and 500 lanterns lining the pier and promenade.
“As a Council we’re incredibly pleased to showcase the rich history and variety of Chinese culture to individuals on the Peninsula and beyond,” said White Rock Mayor Wayne Baldwin.
“Cultural celebrations are important parts of sharing and learning about our neighbours both locally and from afar, bridging gaps and bringing communities together.” the Mayor said.
