What authority shall be tolerated to be exercised by a Government body such as Health Canada?

One may ask for a 'cease and desist' order and correction? I am sure most will agree. Our Canadian citizens' and reputable profile... integrity and freedom... all of the fine fabric making Canada what it is professed to be, honest, natural unique and worth replicating ..duplication by other nations are now all in risk zone of being obliterated.. demolished!
