Mr. Russ Davies reports to Council & Madame Mayor 'Cat' Ferguson, White Rock, on recent "AGM" and Board Members Elected.
"A somber oooozzz and the show begun.
White Rock City Mayor and Council met yesterday 25 January 2010 in Council City hall Chambers in White Rock to start the agenda by listening two minutes to Mr. Martin Jevans of White Rock, 'complaints of delay'. 'An issue nearing a two years of delay of a 'safety infrastructure matter. to which presence Mr. Jevans had pointed to a long time ago and now again asked the City to resolve and act upon for 'safety reasons' and so far 'no action taken' and progress of intention had taken place.
Seemingly not a happy camper viewing Mr. Jevans' demeanor. Yours truly was present on-site and did not miss a beat of the rest of the show which I can only deliver to you, by audio from my mobile phone recording
device ..'never leave home without it'. And now on my website.
And yeah..it was a few minutes of stand up performance made by the 'person and BIA campaign manager' for the BIA as now accepted and endorsed and affirmed by the City of White Rock Council and its Mayor and CEO in Charge. Ms. Peggy Clark who received special thanks from Mr. Davies on behalf of the BIA; an organisation which now is acclaimed and affirmed and endorsed [by the City of White Rock] as the 'real BIA' in absence of the pending Supreme Court of British Columbia's decision expected to take place later in March 2010.
This court case is not closed but wide open and on file and in due process... on file and registered and responded upon by the defendants [people today on register with Victoria authorities as the authentic BIA [ http://www.whiterockbia.ca/ ] per vote and now disputed in the Supreme Court by those replaced.
This Supreme Court case begun its activation early this month of January and which The Supreme Court of BC 'found reasons to give a full day in court hearing', and this because of its unique and special character and substantial volume and evidence announced by the defendants, one may assume; such process of hearing by the Judge in early March 2010 and at which full day hearing the Court will decide on the demand of the claimants 'to be or not to be re-instated'..that's the question'.
By those who were replaced and now are asking Supreme Court to be re-instated. 'They did not have time to wait for the verdict to be made by the Supreme Court.
A song well known to many and sung by Elvis Presley is the one with a
refrain;;Wise men say only fools rush in....ta, ta,ta.. and I love to sing it
myself. Was it wise to not heed the advise from the song and its lyrics...? Only the Supreme Court will truly know.
The verbose performance, presentation, you can listen to here.
Yours truly
