Affiliate Marketing and Shareasale-ways, glamorous, gorgeous, daunting in its impressive format of business opportunity generating strategies and tactics as applied, is a bone for Internet Entrepreneurs.

Last week's summit and conference is a testament to that. The most recent gathering of the 'faithful and enthused' public of new and long established affiliate marketers took place in Las Vegas last week. For the organisers this large and well attended business event drew attendees from near and afar regions of North America and from abroad.


To put it short. It was a well organised and a 'slam dunk' event and an affair empowering over 4000 people in attendance at the conference named the 'Affiliate Summit West in Las Vegas, Nevada. This I learned from a friend who attended the
event.

Attending were friends of mine since long, Arlene and James Martell of Crescent Beach in
South Surrey, a sister district to White Rock in BC, Canada. They are no newbies to the established and fast growing earning opportunity and work place destination industry on the Internet I choose to call 'referral or affiliate, marketing, which is performed direct from the location of one's home or on travel.

This couple with four children are unique in the way they have been in the business of Internet marketing just about ten years.

James and Arlene are no gurus, and resent being named as such. They are both self-taught, experienced, Internet entrepreneurs and have independently made their living by training collegues and students on the topic of Affiliate Marketing.

Now to my foremost subject and interest which is video and video production, video
planning and search engine optimization for specifically video films on the YouTube and Google.
Yes, I am biased and can tell you about that another time. I love video. It's forever. It spells 'economy and savings' for businesses, merchants of all categories and almost any industry and organisation can improve their bottom lines and results in communication'.

I need to get the following information and personal reflections off my chest and to you today, and this with regards to 'video' and video productions.

In itself and as a 'solitary revenue soldier' moving around 'in the back of my laptop'
and 'Video' is now poking me and urging me to give my readers the news about
the hottest subject discussed on this huge conference; the 'Affiliate [Marketers] Summit West' in Las Vegas.You guessed it right. Video!

This is great news about video; a tool and entertainment source we've had around us and
in our laptops for about three years now. The positive bearings video is sending
to a global market is changing our world, one video at the time.

Most precious updates about traffic and uploads on YouTube [owned by Google] are
stunning in size. ~over 100 million unique visitors are viewing videos on YouTube per month. Right now this day , this week, or month? I am not sure. The figures are staggering.

[Yes I know, we do have global time zones and the world doesn't end with the North
American continent] so digest the YouTube stat with respect for what truly is amazing in our world of communication and distribution of anything from wild movies to smut videos and commercial and scientific content on the millions of
videos uploaded]




Further to the case let's mention also that today more than 15 hours of video new videos are being uploaded by the minute. Correct me if I am wrong. My memory is
sensitive to the continued improvements and changes in numbers of stats. We are
left with the impression video and YouTube are here to stay.

We are all on the cusp to see a media revolution take place in front of our lap top screen
and electronic handheld devices like Android , iPhone, Palm, and Black Berry's;
just to mention those brands serving as vanguards in our cyberspace environment.




Especially perhaps for those important people making money, harvesting revenues from commissions on the Internet, under the title 'affiliate marketers' and Internet publishers the fast rising media and tool, the video is sending marketing people of all categories scrambling to have their videos made,soonest.


During the meet at the summit and conference the words confirmed and endorsed by the
specialists present to professionally dissect 'video' as a noun as well as a verb and specifically as the versatile tool it has become in a short span of a few years.

Will video as such contribute to an improvement in business results, personal revenues and

and opportunity for video programs utilization as opened by the giants of YouTube, Vidler, Google Video, and others.


The use of video as an attention and signal indicator for the crawlers of all search engines is perhaps and will be the most heralded improvement for marketing people this year of 2010.
